I’m a new customer how do I order?
Our items are available to wholesale customers so setup a wholesale account by clicking on the “Login” button and from there you can request a login. During this process you will fill out information about your company that will be sent to Piccolo Hosiery customer support team for review/approval (so we know you are a wholesale customer). Once you’re approved as a wholesale customer you will receive an email letting you know you can now login and place your order!
What is the minimum order?
To place orders online the minimum order is $100.00 (after coupon codes and discounts).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Major credit cards accepted – Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. Credit Terms upon prior approval.
When will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the day your order is placed. Our site is maintained daily to insure products are in stock.
Do discounts and coupon codes apply to sale styles?
Sorry but discounts and coupon codes do not apply to sale styles. Also discounts and coupon codes do not apply to styles that never get a discount.
How do I change my order?
You can change/update your order in the shopping cart until checkout is finalized. If you need to change your order after checkout is finalized you will need to call us at 1-877-PICCOLO (742-2656) (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST) or email us at email@example.com
If I don’t finish my order will the items in my shopping cart stay there until I login again?
Items should stay in your shopping cart for up to 11 months after the items were placed into your cart. There could be a time were website maintenance needs to occur and open shopping carts need to be cleared, so unless that happens the items should stay in your shopping cart.
How do I know an item is in stock?
The order form on each product page will show the sizes/colors that are in stock. If a size/color is not in stock or a color doesn’t come in a size the order block will be greyed out. When you click on the greyed out block a pop-up message appears that tells you if the item is temporarily out of stock and if we have the style on re-order the message will include a back in stock date. If we do not carry a specific size/color when you click on the greyed out block the message “Item not available” appears to let you know we do not carry that size/color. We have designed our website to make it easy to order multiple sizes and colors of a style while also alerting you of what is not in stock so you do not place an order for an out of stock item. We do not back order items for online orders. What should I do if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
Can I view my order history even if I didn’t place my order online?
No. Only online orders can be viewed in “My Account” under “My Orders“. If you need information about past orders not placed online you can call us at 1-877-PICCOLO (742-2656) (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST) or email us at email@example.com
How do I return an item?
If you need to return an item please call us 1-877-PICCOLO (742-2656) (Monday – Friday, 9am – 5 pm EST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for authorization. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship 1-2 business days after order is placed.
How can I track my orders?
An e-mail will be sent to the login e-mail address notifying you the shipment has left our distribution center.

Are your products pre-priced with a suggested retail?
No. Our products are sold by many retailers who set their own pricing.
